COI Payments for Parents

HM Revenue and Customs asked us to come with an eye-catching two-minute TV spot to be shown on Baby TV.
The purpose of the short animated film is to remind parents about the range of different financial entitlements available to them.
Our main challenge was to come up with an engaging way of promoting these benefits, bringing them together onscreen in a single unified style.
